THE TEAM

​OUR TEAM IS OUR CORE STRENGTH 

All members of staff undergo an enhanced DSB check.

Potential candidates must hold a minimum QCF Level 3 in care. Skills for care are mandatory and service-specific training is provided.

 

We have a multi-disciplinary team of professionals including a consultant and social worker.

We help the people we support to access community-based professionals as needed.

There is a 24-hour staff presence throughout our services and a manager supporting the team closely.

 

Our main priority is to structure our activities in a way that will lead our clients to move towards independent living as well as to deal with their emotional difficulties.
